By using The Summit Coworking’s services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Membership Agreement
Membership is subject to a month-to-month agreement. A signed agreement is required for all members. The agreement outlines the specific terms of your membership, including payment schedule, access privileges, and any restrictions.
3. Payment Terms

Members are responsible for their belongings while using the coworking space. The Summit Coworking is not liable for lost or damaged items.
7. Liability
The Summit Coworking is not responsible for any injuries or damages sustained by members or guests on the premises, unless caused by our negligence.
8. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Tarrant County, Texas.
9. Amendments
The Summit Coworking reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website.
